We were appointed following the grant of planning consent to get this project on site and moving forward; if ever there was a site that could be a case study for all potential issues that could arise, this is it.
We were brought in to tackle the challenges and smooth the process for the private client to allow them to realise their dream and vision for their new family home. It was imperative that we analysed quickly what conditions needed to be satisfied and how to navigate through the various issues to get the works commenced on site. With knowledge and determination, surrounded by an excellent team of consultants Ross & Ross helped facilitate the start of the construction process.
