Samantha Ross is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 15 years’ experience in the property sector.

Samantha is currently working on a select number of private residential development and hospitality projects in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire providing a comprehensive and bespoke construction project management service.

From complete refurbishments of Listed Buildings to New Build Houses. She is driven to complete projects that match the dreams and visions of her clients and has the necessary knowledge and connections to deliver projects on time and in budget.

In 2020 Hector set up The Signet Collection, a boutique hotel group, which includes The Mitre, Hampton Court and The Retreat Elcot Park. Prior to this Hector served as Partner & COO of Longshot Limited, where he was responsible for the day to day running of Bel & the Dragon (group of 7 Country Inns across the home counties) as Managing Director until the successful sale to Fullers PLC in June 2018.

Hector was also an instrumental partner of Beaverbrook (The UK’s top Country Club & Hotel) in Surrey. He remains a board member of Longshot.

Prior to joining Longshot in 2014, Hector was responsible for mobilising and successfully growing Operations, Catering and Human Resources for The Hurlingham Club, London, taking the business’s turnover from £5M to £25M per annum.
Before this Hector oversaw the £100m catering related operations at The Jockey Club Racecourses (UK wide), under their joint venture with Compass Group.

Additionally, Hector advises a variety of hospitality businesses with funding, design, mobilisation, restructures & operations.

Hamish Dalrymple is our Project Manager, working on the Residential side of the business. Hamish is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Structural Engineering with Architecture from Edinburgh University.

Hamish has experience across many disciplines of the property sector, including as an asset manager managing a commercial property investment fund and sustainable development projects.

More recently Hamish has worked as a project manager on a number of private residential projects from complete refurbishments to large new build developments.

Zoe Beaven is PA to Samantha Ross, and provides project coordination and administration for our private residential and hospitality projects.

She has a Bachelors degree from the University of Chichester, and has worked within the residential property sector for over 10 years. Zoe has a great track record, with experience in lighting design as well as Interior Architecture and a fantastic eye for detail.

Whilst keeping our projects running smoothly, Zoe is also finding the time to train as a project manager.
